1 HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving an increase in the contract
amount for Terra Movers for rough grading of Palm Springs Golf Course Expansion in
the amount of$249,998, City Project No. 93-27, was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 6th day of April,
1994.
