I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving award of bid for rough grading
work for the Palm Springs Golf Course Expansion, City Project No. 93-27, to Terra
Movers in the amount of$770,099, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm
Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 17th day of November, 1993.
