AWARDING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) ,
CONTRACT NO. 4-93, FOR BILLBOARD
ADVERTISING SERVICES ON INTERSTATE
HIGHWAY I-10 TO DESERT OUTDOOR
ADVERTISING, INC. OF RIVERSIDE, CA
AT $12,000 PER YEAR AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE THE FINAL
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT
AND EXECUTE IT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, awarding request
for proposals (RFP) , Contract No. 4-93, for billboard
advertising services on Interstate Highway I-10 to Desert
Outdoor Advertising, Inc. of Riverside, CA at $12,000 per
year and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate the
final terms and conditions of the contract and execute
it on behalf of the City, was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof
held on the 18th day of November, 1992.
