APPROVING THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF PALM SPRINGS AND MUNI FINANCIAL
SERVICES, INC. TO PROVIDE FOR ARBITRAGE
REBATE CALCULATIONS AND REPORTS, AS
OUTLINED, AT $1,000 PER BOND ISSUE
PER YEAR FOR CITY BOND ISSUES, FOR
A MAXIMUM COMPENSATION NOT TO EXCEED
$40,000.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving the
contract between the City of Palm Springs and Muni Financial
Services, Inc. to provide for arbitrage rebate calculations
and reports, as outlined, at $1,000 per bond issue per
year for City bond issues, for a maximum compensation not
to exceed $40,000, was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof
held on the 6th day of May, 1992.
