ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL FROM STAEFA CONTROL
SYSTEM, TNC. , AND APPROVING A CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS AND
STAEFA CONTROL SYSTEM, INC. , FOR
ADDITIONAL AIR-CONDITIONING CONTROLS
AT THE AIRPORT IN THE AMOUNT OF $36,000
(THE FORM AND CONTENT OF SAID CONTRACT
SUBJECT TO CITY ATTORNEY APPROVAL) ,
AND WAIVING FORMAL BID PROCEDURES.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, accepting a proposal
from Staefa Control System, Inc. , and approving a contract
between the City of Palm Springs and Staefa Control System,
Inc. , for additional air-conditioning controls at the Airport
in the amount of $36,000 (the form and content of said
contract subject to City Attorney approval ) , and waiving
formal bid procedures was adopted by the City Council of
the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof
held on the 6th day of May, 1992.
