I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, exempt the firm
of Sierra Pacific Electrical Contracting from the City' s
street construction restriction policy for the traffic signal
installation/modification wort: at the intersection of Ramon
Road and Farrell Drive, C.P. No. 90-10, was adopted by the
City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in
a meeting thereof held on the 19th day of February, 1992.
