APPROVING A PARKING LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH JOHN WESSMAN TO LEASE 222 PARKING
SPACES AT 151 SOUTH PALM CANYON DRIVE.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving a parking
lease agreement with John Wessman to lease 222 parking spaces
at 151 South Palm Canyon Drive, was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof
held on the 22nd day of January, 1992.
