AWARDING CONTRACT TO DAVID M. GRIFFITH
AND ASSOCIATES, LTD. TO REVIEW CONTINUING
CLAIMING OPPORTUNITIES FOR A FLAT FEE
OF $3,950, AND FOR PREPARATION OF ALL
NEW STATE MANDATED COST CLAIMING SERVICES
AT AN ADDITIONAL FEE IN THE AMOUNT
OF 30% OF ALL CLAIMS FILED AND PAID
TO A MAXIMUM OF $10,000; THE MAXIMUM
COST FOR BOTH SERVICES IS $13,950.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, awarding contract
to David M. Griffith and Associates, LTD. to review continuing
claiming opportunities for a flat fee of $3,950, and for
preparation of all new State mandated cost claiming services
at an additional fee in the amount of 30% of all claims filed
and paid to a maximum of $10,000; the maximum cost for both
services is $13,950, was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Palm Springs , California, in a meeting thereof held
on the 20th day of November, 1991.
