PURCHASE ORDER TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY
REPAIRS RESULTING FROM THE CATASTROPHIC
FAILURE OF GENERATOR NUMBER ONE AT-
THE COGENERATION PLANT NO. 1 IN AN
ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $25,000 TO BRITHNEE
ELECTRIC OF COL'TON, CA.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving the issuance
of an emergency purchase order to provide emergency repairs
resulting from the catastrophic failure of generator number
one at the Cogeneration Plant No. 1 in an estimated amount
of $25,000 to Brithnee Electric of Colton, CA, was adopted
by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California,
in a meeting thereof held on the 6th day of November, 1991.
