AND MECHANICAL SUBCONTRACTORS: SOUTHLAND

I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, prequalifying six
(6) general contractors and two (2) mechanical subcontractors
to bid on the Plaza Theater Improvement Project as follows:
General Contractors: James T. Dumphy, Palm Springs, CA;
Commercial Diversified, Inc. , Twenty-Nine Palms, CA; RJW
Construction Co. , Inc. , Yorba Linda, CA; Cox Construction,
Seal Beach, CA; Mark A. Temple Construction, Inc. , Palm Desert,
CA; and, Mechanical Subcontractors: Southland Industries,
Long Beach, CA; Utility Air Conditioning, Inc. , Palm Springs,
CA, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm
Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 10th
day of September, 1991.
