Pursuant to Section 9407.00B-6 ofthe Palm Springs Zoning Ordinance,the offiCial Zoning map of the City of Palm Springs referred to herein,is hereby amended as follows: Change of Zone from R-1-C to Planned Development District No. 59. The parcel ofproperty legally shown onExhibitAis approved for a change of zone fromR 1-C,toPD 59. Specifically, the 10.16 acre site, to be used for a church and school as designated in Planned Development District No. 59, located at 630 South Sunrise Way. SECTION2. EFFECTIVEDATE.
