APPROVING AN ,AGREEMENT WITH RIVERSIDE:
COUNTY TO SUBCONTRACT STATE HEALTH
CODE REGULATION ENFORCEMENT AT
VILLAGEFEST TO THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS,
IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY
ATTORNEY.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving an agreement
with Riverside County to subcontract State Health Code
regulation enforcement at the VillageFest to the City of
Palm Springs, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney,
was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs,
California, in a meeting thereof held on the 17th day of
July, 1991.
