I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, awarding sole source
purchase of data communications and terminal controller to
Hewlett Packard, of Fullerton, CA, in the amount of $18,918.79,
was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs,
California, in a meeting thereof held on the 19th day of
June, 1991.
