I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving Change
Order #1 to the contract with NUS Corporation, Agreement
#2830, in the amount of $56,277. 11 for additional required
consulting services, was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held
on the 28th day of May, 1991.
