AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO JOIN THE CVAG
AB939 RECYCLING ELEMENT CONTRACT AT
A COST OF $51,905, AND AUTHORIZING
CVAG TO RECEIVE THE CITY' S TIPPING-FEE
REBATE OF $21,313 FROM THE COUNTY OF
RIVERSIDE TO GO TOWARD THE STUDY COSTS.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, authorizing the
City to join the CVAG AB939 Recycling Element Contract at
a cost of $51,905, and authorizing CVAG to receive the Cit,y' s
tipping-fee rebate of $21,313 from the County of Riverside
to go toward the study costs, was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof
held on the 6th day of February, 1991.
