HomeMy WebLinkAbout4676 - MINUTE ORDERS - 11/7/1990 MINUTE ORDER NO. 4676 AWARDING CONTRACT TO DAVID M. GRIFFITH AND ASSOCIATES, LTD. TO REVIEW CONTINUING CLAIMING OPPORTUNITIES FOR A FLAT FEE. OF $3,950, AND FOR PREPARATION OF ALL NEW STATE MANDATED COST CLAIMING SERVICES AT AN ADDITIONAL FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF $650 PLUS 30% OF ALL CLAIMS FILED AND PAID TO A MAXIMUM OF $10,500. THE MAXIMUM COST FOR BOTH SERVICES IS $14,450. I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, awarding contract to David M. Griffith and Associates, Ltd. to review continuing claiming opportunities for a flat fee of $3,950, and for preparation of all new state mandated cost claiming services at an additional fee in the amount of $650 plus 30% of all claims filed and paid to a maximum of $10,500. The maximum cost for both services is $14,450, was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 7th day of November, 1990.
