FINAL MAP NO. 29075, SECTION 11, T 4 S, R 4 E - SANBORN A & E FOR BERGHEER
CALIFORNIA, INC.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approve Final Map No. 29075 for Sanborn A & E representing
Bergheer California, Inc., to divide property located at 1290 Pasco El Mirador, Section 11,
T4S, R4E.
BACKGROUND:
Sanborn A & E representing Bergheer California, Inc., requests that eleven (11) parcels
located at 1290 Pasco EL Mirador, Section 11, T 4 S, R 4 E, be divided into thirty-six (36)
parcels.
At its meeting of April 14, 1999, the Planning Commission recommended approval of
Tentative Tract Map No. 29075 which was subsequently approved by the City Council,
subject to conditions, on May 19, 1999.
The owner offers dedication to the public use for street and public utility purposes Lots "A"
and "B"; the dedication of Lots "C" through "G" for easements for public utilities and right
of ingress and egress for emergency vehicles.
The owner requests that City Council action be taken at this time because there are no
meetings during the month of August 1999 and the delay to September 1999 will put a
financial burden on the owner. It has been determined that required conditions are in the
plan check process and are being satisfied, that the owner has signed the Subdivision
Improvement Agreement and provided security for said improvements in the form of bonds,
that the Final Map No. 29075 is in substantial conformance with the approved Tentative
Map, and that the Final Map No. 29075 is ready for City Council actions.

RESOLUTION NO. 19629
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL MAP NO. 29075 FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1290 PASEO EL MIRADOR,
SECTION 11, T 4 S, R 4 E
WHEREAS the Planning Commission, at its meeting of April 14 , 1999 recommended approval of
Tentative Map No. 29075 requested by representing for the above described property, subject to
conditions; and
WHEREAS the City Council, at its meeting of May 19, 1999 approved Tentative Map No. 29075
subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS the owner offers dedication to the public use for street and public utility purposes, Lots
"A"and "B"; the dedication of Lots "C" through "G" for easements for public utilities and right
of ingress and egress for emergency vehicles; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs finds
that Final Map No. 29075 is in substantial conformance with approved Tentative Map No. 29075
and has satisfied conditions as required, and is in conformance with the General Plan, and conforms
to all requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and authorizes the City
Clerk to accept said offers of dedication and easements and have the Subdivision Improvement
Agreement recorded in the Riverside County Recorder's Office, and the City Council does hereby
approve Final Map No. 29075 for property herein described.
