Although the Oversight Board values your comments, pursuant to the Brown Act, it generally cannot take any action on items not listed on the posted agenda. MES THOMPSON, CLERK/SECRETARY City Clerk, City of Palm Springs, California NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OVERSIGHT BOARD OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE PALM SPRINGS COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY PROPOSED TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF FIVE PUBLIC PARKING LOTS,LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS AT VARIOUS UPTOWN AND DOVVNTOWN LOCATIONS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 34181, the Oversight Board of the Successor Agency to the Palm Springs Community Redevelopment Agency will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 19, 2016. The Oversight Board meeting begins at 5:00 P.M., in the Council Chamber, Palm Springs City Hall, 3200 East Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs. The purpose of the Oversight Board Meeting is to consider an amendment to the Long-Range Property Management Plan to allow for retention of public parking lots by designating them as governmental use and to approve transfer of ownership of public parking lots to the City of Palm Springs pursuant to the provisions of SB 107 and Section 34191.3(B) of the California Health and Safety Code. The five parking lots include (1) Catholic Church Parking Lot (APN 505-324-002); (2) Blue Coyote Parking Lot (APNs 513-082-023 and 513-082-040); (3) Food Court Parking Lot (APN 513- 082-043); (4) Henry Frank Arcade Parking Lot (APN 513-091 - 004); and (5) Vineyard Parking Lot (APNs 513-153-015, 513- 153-016, 513-153-029). REVIEW OF INFORMATION: The staff report and other supporting documents are available for public review at City Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
