The Oversight Board meeting begins at 5:00 P.M., in the Council Chamber, Palm Springs City Hall, 3200 East Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs. The purpose of the Oversight Board Meeting is to consider an amendment to the Long-Range Property Management Plan to allow for retention of public parking lots by designating them as governmental use and to approve transfer of ownership of public parking lots to the City of Palm Springs pursuant to the provisions of SB 107 and Section 34191.3(B) of the California Health and Safety Code. The five parking lots include (1) Catholic Church Parking Lot (APN 505-324-002); (2) Blue Coyote Parking Lot (APNs 513-082-023 and 513-082-040); (3) Food Court Parking Lot (APN 513- 082-043); (4) Henry Frank Arcade Parking Lot (APN 513-091 - 004); and (5) Vineyard Parking Lot (APNs 513-153-015, 513- 153-016, 513-153-029).
