A TIME EXTENSION FOR CASE NO.5.0870-PD-268, FROM
JULY 5, 2003 TO JULY 4, 2004, BY ERNEST G. NOIA ON

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission carefully reviewed and considered all of the
evidence presented in connection with the hearing on the project, including but not limited
to the staff report, all written and oral testimony presented.; and
WHEREAS, on June 11, 2003, the Planning Commission voted to recommend that the City
Council approve the time extension; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Palm
Springs, California, after considering the evidence provided at the meeting, does hereby
recommend City Council approval of a time extension from July 05, 2003 to July 04, 2004
for PD-268.
ADOPTED this 11'h day of June, 2003.
