On Saturday, July 19, 2025 the music coming from the Surf Club was very loud at 2233 Pebble Beach Drive where I am
house sitting. I heard the music around 8:15 pm while sitting out back on the 8th fairway. I could even hear the loud bass
once inside the residence around 8:30 pm. It is very common for me to hear music from PSSC from my own condo
located at 5300 E. Waverly while sitting on my patio which is on the 3rd fairway. I have also heard music while walking on
Waverly. Please be sure PSSC is complying to all noise regulations. Thank you.
