HomeMy WebLinkAboutItem 3D7/16/2025 Dear City Council, In preparation for the July 21st City Council meeting where you will be addressing the Pedicab ordinance, permits, and licensing, we would like to provide you with important and detailed information to assist with the process. Please allow us to introduce ourselves – My name is Jen Banford, and I work for the Palm Springs Police & Fire Associations and am a Board member of the Palm Springs Hospitality Association. The second owner is Shannon Miller, a Chamber of Commerce Board Member, a former police oOicer and Olympic hockey coach. We own the Sunny Cycle Tour and Entertainment business, and our business partners are Agua Caliente Casino, Eight4Nine, Lulu California Bistro, Casablanca, and Pinocchio’s. We partner with PS ModCom and are part of the October and February Modernism Week events. We have been full time residents and a business in good standing with the city for over ten years.
