Pursuant to Performance Agreement EAS-SP Zone (Planning Area 4) by and between the City and Flight Partners Management, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company ("Owner') recorded on July 26th, 2024, as Document No. 2024-0223653, in the records of Riverside County Recorder, (hereafter the "Agreement"), Owner provided a $50,000.00 cash bond ("Security") to guarantee the completion of construction of the project on the Property. In compliance with the Agreement, the City hereby releases the Security.
