Pursuant to Performance Agreement EAS-SP Zone (Planning Area 4) by and between the City and Owner recorded on March 4, 2022, as Document No. 2022-0107108, in the records of Riverside County Recorder, (hereafter the "Agreement"), Owner provided a $50,000.00 letter of credit ("Security") to guaranteed the completion of construction of the project on the Property. In compliance with the Agreement, the City hereby releases the Security.
