PLANNING SERVICES DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION 1.Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration as an adequate environmental document for the proposed project and associated impacts. 2.Adopt the Ordinance approving the Change of Zone application, COZ-2024-0001.
