My home at the Vue backs onto that lot. The sound from these courts will be very disruptive to our lovely quiet neighborhood. They're are 3 developments in direct proximity to the proposed courts. Vue, Enclave and @48 Baristo. While I support community fitness I don't believe the proposed location is appropriate. I live at VUE Palm Springs and these courts are right in my front yard. These courts will adversely affect my home value, and the enjoyment of my home.
