City Council Meeting - 05/14/2025 - Agenda Item 1L Regarding the construction of a 3-unit condo at 299 Via Olivera,
does this single property impact the ability to utilize the entire property bordered by Zanjero St and N Palm Canyon
(wasn't this parcel intended for multi-unit affordable housing some time ago?)? Is this the start of a larger
development, or a single unit development? My concern is that, if it is not part of a larger development in some
fashion, then the development will look "out of place" and make future development on the remaining parcel less
desirable.
