There shall be not decorative design work which makes the barrier easily climbable. 7. All patios adjacent to house to be sloped away from house at 1/8" per foot. 8. Detached structure not to be used for sleeping or cooking purposes. 9. All detached accessory structures in the side and rear yard, not used for sleeping or living purposes, are to maintain a minimum setback of three feet from property lines.
