Additionally, members of the public may address the Commission on each item listed on the posted Agenda at the time each item is heard. Although the Public Arts Commission values your comments, pursuant to the Brown Act, it generally cannot take any action on items not listed on the posted agenda. Five (5) minutes assigned for each speaker. A. STUDY SESSION TOPICS: 1. 2016-17 Public Arts Budget Review Review Expenses to Date RECOMMENDATION: Receive Report from Staff 2. Public Art Collection Inventory and Assessment Discuss and evaluate inventory status and conservatio n schedule. RECOMMENDATION: Direct Staff as Appropriate 3. Project and Event Review 2017-18 Discuss and evaluate current and upcoming Public Arts project list and calendar including Annual Juried Art Show; Library Exhibitions and Student Exhibitions. None ADJOURNMENT: The Public Arts Commission will adjourn to a Regular Meeting, Thursday, April 13, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at City Hall, Council Chamber, 3200 E.
