Attn Christopher Hadwin, Director of Planning We are in total support of granting this variance for 725 South Sunrise Way. We are near neighbors on E Sunny Dunes Rd and think it fair to allow them to expand their home towards Sunrise Way. Corner properties are often granted exemption in fencing and building setbacks to allow for a comparable home size as regular lots. Many adjacent properties along Sunrise Way are examples of this. Also, Sunrise Way already has 2 lanes in each direction and a center turn lane. We can’t imagine it ever needing to be widened.
