Criteria for Historic Designation Municipal Code Section 8.05.070.C.1.b Analysis of Integrity • Location • Design • Setting • Materials • Workmanship • Feeling • Association PLANNING SERVICES DEPARTMENT View from living and dining area looking northwest , January 2025 Conclusion Based on the Historic Resources Report (HRR) and the site visits, staff finds the property at 2455 Southridge Drive meets criterion 3 and 5 and sufficient integrity as listed in Section 8.05.070.C.1.b is met to be reclassified as a Class 1 (Landmark) site. Recommendation HSPB recommends City Council designate the “The Dr. Harry and Betty Garber Residence” (2455 Southridge Drive) as a Class 1 Historic Landmark Site. PLANNING SERVICES DEPARTMENT Owners’ Position The current owners submitted the request for historic designation of this site.
