ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGENDA: In order to meet Brown Act requirements, items may be added to the agenda only upon decision by a majority of the Board of Directors to add the Library Board of Trustees Page 2 of 4 Wednesday, April 2, 2025 item because of a need for immediate action. This Agenda was available for public access at the City Hall exterior bulletin board (west side of Council Chamber), and City Clerk’s office on or before 5:30 p.m., March 26, 2025. A posting of this Agenda can be found on the Library’s website at www.palmspringslibrary.org. Pursuant to the Government Code Section 54957.5, the designated office for inspection of public records in connection with the public meeting of the Library Board of Trustees is the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, at 3200 East Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, California. The Palm Springs Public Library Board of Trustees meets at 5:30 p.m. on the 1st Wednesday of every month, except for January and October when it meets on January 8, 2025 and October 16, 2025. There is no meeting in August.
