Th ank you, Renee, for making us feel like your home
was ou r home for 45 days! We loved doing daily
laps in the pool and relaxing in the spa! Pool
temperature was perfect, as was t he spa! Sitting
on the private deck in the evening with a glass of
wine enjoying the backyard lights was a ritual! The
neighbourhood is safe and friendly and we walked
it daily with our dog. The house is equipped w ith
everything you need. Grocery shopping and retail
shops are very close and convenient. The floorplan
was perfect for us and we loved the French doors
out to the pool and patio off the master bedroom.
Renee was extremely responsive and helpf ul. It's
easy to see why she is a Super Host! We highly
recommend Renee and her home and appreciated
the effort and attention to detail she gave to make
our stay so memorable. We really did feel at home
there. We had a wonderful stay and if the stars
align, we are hoping to stay even longer in 2025!

Our family and friends loved our month-long stay at
Renee's lovely home. It was spacious and
comfortable, and she was re sponsive and friendly.
We especially appreciated the hot tub, quality
appliances and upgraded grill with a dedicated gas
line. The kitchen was well stocked for us to prepare
many meals. Th e home is conveniently located
within a few miles of dow ntown restaurants and
nightlife. We enjoyed the public tennis courts in
nearby Rut h Hardy Park and the many hiking trails
throughout the Coachell a Valley.

I stayed here for a month and overall really enjoyed
the property! Lovely views of the mountains, a
heated pool and hot tub, and a spacious interior.
We did have some problems that came up -the
heater to the pool/hot tub went out multiple times
and a door fell off the hinges. Though the heating
issue was addressed and someone was able to
repair the heater, we were still charged for the full
heating bill for the month despite being unable to

use the pool or hot tub for several days. We were
also charged for door replacement though it was
no fault of ours and could have caused major injury.
Lastly, there was not disclosure of additional fees
related to having a pet in the house ahead of time.
Renee was a responsive host, but I did not feel as if
she provided all information ahead of time or the
ability to have a conversation about the troubles
we had during our stay. Would recommend staying
here but to also request clear disclosures
beforehand.

I am Dr. Roza Zograbyan, a licensed Clinical Psychologist, specializing in assessment and
treatment of Leaming Disability Disorders and Anxiety related conditions, in the state of
California. I have been treating Mrs. Meline · p for Generalized Anxiety Disorder and
Leaming Disability/ Dyslexia Disorder since May of 2023.
I have been practicing in this field for 20 years, and my clinical work and assessments regularly
involve diagnosing and recommending accommodations for individuals with disabilities. Mrs.
1:••1thas been diagnosed with Dyslexia and Generalized Anxiety Disorder according to the
criteria outlined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders ( DSM-5).
Dyslexia is a well-documented neurological condition that affects an individual's ability to
process letters and numbers accurately. Specifically, individuals with dyslexia often experience
difficulties with visual processing, which can cause them to reverse numbers or letters
unintentionally. In Mrs. T, S 's case, her condition contributed to her misreading the
number "13" as "31," which resulted in the error in question. This type of reversal is common
among individuals with dyslexia due to challenges in distinguishing similar visual patterns,
particularly under time constraints or stressful conditions.
I sincerely appreciate your time and consideration in understanding how dyslexia can impact
numerical perception and how this error was a direct result of Ms. 1i K 's disability. Please
