Sunrise Way (East Elevation), 2024 Criteria for Historic Designation Character Defining Features: •Location at northwest corner of N. Sunrise Way and E. Andreas Road •Orientation of primary façade east toward N. Conclusion The primary façade of the resource is not impacted with irreversible changes and alterations to the façade are harmonious with the historic resource and reduced to the minimal extent required. The exterior concrete façade will be cleaned, restored and maintained. All necessary criteria for a Certificate of Appropriateness have been met with the revised design. Recommendation Staff recommends the HSPB approve the Certificate of Appropriateness to repurpose the existing building into a single-family home and repair and maintain the exterior of the existing structure as proposed with conditions.
