We can initiate but also serve as catalysts for ideas that originate within our diverse community. We are shepherds and we make things happen. Regulations: Absolutely no compensation of any kind. Without fail, my artists would surprise and delight me with better solutions than I’d ever imagined!) Empathetic and eager to see other’s perspectives. My most marked attitude, other than “playing well with others” is, optimism. The husband always says: your glass is way more than half full. Skills: As a practicing artist I understand varied mediums also, the creative process. Wearing my other hat as a planner, designer and specifier I can articulate parameters, financials and deadlines to our artists/creators. With my art history background I have a good understanding of diversity, cultural shifts, cultural upheavals, movements and periods in art.
