1.Outdoor lighting plan (Photometric Plan) does not fully conform to the zoning code requirements
as proposed.
2.End parking stalls facing the building do not meet the minimum width requirement of 11 feet (9
feet is proposed) .

•The proposed project is consistent with the General Plan and Zoning Code with the implementation
of the recommended conditions of approval.
•Height, scale, and massing are compatible with the surrounding existing developments and
appropriate for the site.
•Stormwater management is incorporated into the overall site design.
•Project will not have potential significant environmental impacts (Categorically exempt from further
CEQA review).
•Approval of the project will not have adverse effects on public welfare, health, or safety.
