PLANNING SERVICES DEPARTMENT FINDINGS •The proposed project is consistent with the General Plan and Zoning Code with the implementation of the recommended conditions of approval. •Height, scale, and massing are compatible with the surrounding existing developments and appropriate for the site. •Stormwater management is incorporated into the overall site design. •Project will not have potential significant environmental impacts (Categorically exempt from further CEQA review). •Approval of the project will not have adverse effects on public welfare, health, or safety. PLANNING SERVICES DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION •Planning Commission adopt the resolution and approve the proposed project subject to the conditions recommended by staff.
