LAYOUT FEEDBACK
o Update court lighting considering pole height and
dark sky policy
o Explore different colors for court areas like the
“kitchen”
o Revisit fence height for stray balls and screening
o Existing tennis court – is this a good use of space?
o Circulation: Desire for wider walkways – none should
be less than 10’ wide.
o Windscreens should be incorporated
o A Tournament court should accommodate ADA,
Tournament, and Challenge events
o Further existing utilities investigation required.
o Parking – explore all options.
o Trees – can existing trees be preserved?

AMENITIES FEEDBACK
o Bike racks: standard and e-bikes with
charging
o More trash receptacles
o Windscreens that are semi -transparent and
can be rolled
o Backpack storage/hooks on fencing
o Water stations with bottle fillers, filters and
sensors (no buttons)
o Shade
o Consider fence pole padding
o Practice walls
o Lighting &Video surveillance: Ensure no dark
spots
