This letter is to inform you that the above captioned project may be subject to review by various City Departments
and, at times, outside agencies.
Please be aware that it will be the responsibility of the applicant to address any and all of the comments from
each Department and to resubmit plans directly to the Departments. Once the comments have been addressed
to each Department’s satisfaction, they will notify the Building Department that the plans are approvable. Building

PLAN CHECK DATA: Plan Check Number: 2017-1646
Date of Submittal: 4 May 2017
Today’s Date: 2 August 2017
PROJECT DATA: Project Address: 979 San Lorenzo Road

COMMENTS OR CORRECTIONS:
1. The plans have been returned to the City by EsGil Corporation. While EsGil is recommending the approval
of the plans, permits will not be issued until the Building Department has received recommendation for
approval from certain other departments. Where the department is a part of the City of Palm Springs, the
plans have been routed to them for their review and approval. The Health Department, however, is a part of
the County of Riverside, and you must deal with them directly. In the following list, the departments
adjacent to the checked boxes have not given their approvals. (Phone numbers are provided for your
convenience.) Please deal directly with the checked departments to obtain their approvals.
☐ Planning Department (760-323-8245) ☐ Fire Department (760-323-8184)
☒ Engineering Department (760-323-8253) ☐ Health Department (760-320-1048)
2. Please show the relative elevations of finish floor and top-of-curb (or crown-of-street if there are no curbs)
at the property corners. Lots that front on more than one street require more points to establish an average.
In these cases, two points on each street frontage shall be provided for review.
3. Show that the proposed building complies with the city zoning ordinance with respect to maximum
allowable heights.
