Recent Progress on Serena Park:
•Project purchased by Suncal / DBA Serena 386, LLC on August 12, 2024.
•Amended Development Agreement (DA-2024-0002) approved by City Council , recorded August 12, 2024.
•Serena Park project scope remains as approved by City Council in 2016 entitlements.
•Previous Tentative Tract Map 36691 remains in effect.
•This TTM 39025 allows the entire Serena Park project to be subdivided into 7 large parcels that can be sold to individual developers to final the maps and build out their respective portion of the project in the same manner as Escena and Miralon.
