DA 4.04.05 NO Trespassing signs. ( 3) required. Done, and Suncal installed 10.

The amended developoment agreement fee of $3.2m paid by the
developer to the City is to be used for the acquisition of open
space per GP Land Use Policy 2.2 per the schedule in DA 4.02
($663,212 pd on or before 6-30-25 Fee increased by $700,000
