PLANS
1. Please make all corrections and submit two new complete sets of prints, to the Palm
Springs building department. Please note: Before correcting the plans, you should
wait until you've received comments from other city departments (Fire, Planning, etc.).
2. The City of Palm Springs requires the following identified on the plans:
a) Wind design using 123 m.p.h.
b) Wind exposure C must be used.
c) California Structural Engineer (PE) stamp on all structural attachment details.
