1. Please not another chicken fast food. We need a great pizza place.
2. Please no warehouses .
3. Like the idea of shade structures but the one shown in Post not enough for PS heat/shade. Look to Africa for
incredible designs for shade structures. Hope the submissions are not just “cute” but well designed architecturally.
Does the Dream project have requirements to include some affordable units?
