HomeMy WebLinkAboutLyon clarifications to Hocking ltr re Item 2A - Anza Trail1 Anita Fields From:Ken Lyon Sent:Monday, December 9, 2024 8:15 AM To:Anita Fields Cc:Christopher Hadwin Subject:2772 Anza trail - Public Comment Letter for PC Item 2A (Hocking) Follow Up Flag:Follow up Flag Status:Flagged Anita, Would you please forward this public comment letter to the Planning Commissioners for their meeting this Wednesday? Thank you. For clarification, I believe the commenters' reference to "The front home to become a class 3 structure." Is meant to say "The front home to become the proposed ADU." It appears he may have confused the CEQA Class 3 exemption reference with the proposed establishment of the front home as the ADU. Subject: 2772 Anza Trail (APN 510-130-016) Thank you for insightful information regarding the proposal of expanding this smaller lot line property on 12/5/24 2 Our small little community has been on a roll of development in recent years. Understand the new home to be built in back of property. With existing house in back, to have kitchen facilities taken out & be used for potential pool house. The front home to become the small class 3 structure. My understanding this is 400 sq ft bigger than allowed. I’m requesting that what ever the decision is made, that the very small front structure in front be torn down. I’m sure this will compliment the property, especially with the well known architect.
