Please note that the Planning Commission is prohibited from taking action on items not listed on the posted agenda. Three (3) minutes is allowed for each speaker. Testimony for Public Hearings may be offered at this time or at the time of the hearing. PDD-2024-0005) (ER). RECOMMENDATION:Readopt the MND as the controlling CEQA document and approve the amended project as submitted subject to attached conditions.   3.PUBLIC HEARINGS:     A.A REQUEST BY FREEHOLD COMMUNITIES FOR A TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 39054 FOR CONDOMINIUM PURPOSES ON A 16.8-ACRE PARCEL IN PLANNING AREA 5 WITHIN PHASE 1 OF THE MIRALON DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT 801 NORTH SUNRISE WAY, ZONE PDD 290, SECTION 35, CASE STM-2024-0007/TPM 39054 (ER).
