City and Contractor are individually referred to as “Party” and are collectively referred to as the “Parties”. RECITALS A. City requires the services of a glass repair, replacement and installation services company, for exterior glass door repairs at various city facilities, (“Project”). B. Contractor has submitted to City a proposal to provide exterior door repairs at various city facilities, to City under the terms of this Agreement. C. On May 31, 2024, Parties entered into a Contract Services Agreement (24I113) to provide exterior door repair services at various city facilities, for an initial contract amount not to exceed $10,000. D. Parties desire to amend Exhibit “A” Scope of Services/Work to include repairs and replacements of Jackson overhead concealed closers and Fleetwood stainless steel tandem rollers for a zero dollar increase and a total contract amount not to exceed $10,000. E. In consideration of these promises and mutual agreements, City agrees to retain and does hereby retain Contractor and Contractor agrees to provide services to the City as follows: AGREEMENT SECTION 1. The true and correct recitals above are incorporated by this reference herein as the basis for this Amendment No. 1. SECTION 2. Exhibit “A” Scope of Services/Work Including, Schedule of Fees and Schedule of Performance is hereby replaced in its entirety by Attachment “A” Exhibit “A” Scope of Services/Work Including, Schedule of Fees and Schedule of Performance. SECTION 3. Full Force and Effect. All terms, conditions, and provisions of the Contract Services Agreement 24I113, unless specifically modified herein, shall continue in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Amendment No. 1 and any provisions of the Contract Services Agreement 24I113, the provisions of this Amendment No. 1 shall in all respects govern and control. SECTION 4.
