SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA OF NOVEMBER 6, 2024 AT 2:00 P.M.
Meeting will be held in person at City Hall in the Small Conference Room.

•To view/listen/participate in the meeting live, please contact the Commission Secretary,
Melissa Sanchez, at melissa.sanchez@palmspringsca.gov or the following telephone
number 760-323-8299, ext.8376 to register for the Zoom meeting. There will be an email
with Zoom credentials sent after registration is complete, in order to access the meeting
and offer public comment.
•Public comment may also be submitted to CityClerk@palmspringsca.gov. Transmittal
prior to the meeting is required. Any correspondence received during or after the meeting
will be distributed to the subcommittee and retained for the official record.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Palm Springs, City Council
Finance Standing Subcommittee, will conduct a Special Meeting beginning
at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 6, 2024. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to
discuss the following items:
1.PUBLIC COMMENT (Pursuant to the Brown Act, public comment is limited to ONLY
those Items that appear on the Notice and Agenda of the Special Meeting.)
