Although the Historic Site Preservation Board values your comments, pursuant to the Brown Act, it generally cannot take any action on items not listed on the posted agenda. There will be three (3) minutes assigned for each speaker. Testimony for Public Hearings will be taken at the time of the hearing.   1.CONSENT CALENDAR: The following routine matters may be acted upon by one motion. Individual items may be removed by the Commission for separate discussion at this time.      A.APPROVAL OF MINUTES: OCTOBER 1, 2024 RECOMMENDATION: Approve.   EXCLUDED CONSENT CALENDAR: Items removed from the Consent Calendar for separate discussion are considered at this time.   2.PUBLIC HEARINGS: None.     3.UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None.     4.NEW BUSINESS:     A.APPLICATION BY JACOB DECKER AND CARMEN DECKER FOR APPROVAL OF A MAJOR ALTERATION CLASS 3 SITE LOCATED AT 909 SUNAIR ROAD AND ASSOCIATED REVIEW FOR POTENTIAL RE-DESIGNATION OF A CLASS 3 SITE TO A CLASS 1 OR CLASS 2 HISTORIC RESOURCE (APN 501-071-009), CASE HDEMO 2024-0014 (SY). RECOMMENDATION: Take no action, allow the processing of the proposed alteration, and determine pursuant to ceqa that this action is not a project.   5.DISCUSSIONS: None.     BOARD MEMBER COMMENTS   Historic Site Preservation Board Agenda November 6, 2024 City of Palm Springs STAFF COMMENTS:   ADJOURNMENT: The Historic Site Preservation Board will adjourn to its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 5:30 PM, in the Large Conference Room at City Hall.   It is the intention of the City of Palm Springs to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in all respects. If, as an attendee or a participant at this meeting, or in meetings on a regular basis, you will need special assistance beyond what is normally provided, the City will attempt to accommodate you in every reasonable manner.
