the East Side of Palm Canyon between Tahquitz and Andreas (with potential future installation
to Amado) would be a good use of Measure J Grant funds. This will create an upscale and clean
Downtown Experience - A Cohesive Experience forming a unified whole, where all parts work well
together and are connected in a harmonious and consistent manner.
