PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Mickie McLaughlin, L’Horizon, 1050 E. Palm Canyon Drive, inquired about the procedures for
designation of this site. It is a William Cody design. Director Evans discussed briefly the
procedure, including the application process, meeting with the owner, and the public hearing
phase.
