OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS,
CALIFORNIA, REPEALING THAT PORTION OF RESOLUTION NO.

8707 ENTITLED "COMMUNITY PROMOTION FUND", AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 8728 AND RESOLUTION NO. 8755, AND AMEND-
ING THE BUDGET FOR THE 1966-67 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS Resolution No. 8707, approving the budget for the fiscal year 1966-67,
was passed on July 11 , 1966; and
WHEREAS in the meeting of September 26, 1966 the City Council approved a motion
to appropriate $200,000 in the Community Promotion Fund budget for the 1966--67
fiscal year to be administered by the Chamber of Commerce; and
WHEREAS a revised budget for the Community Promotion Fund for the 1966-67 fiscal
year has been prepared by the City Manager,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby approve the
revised budget attached hereto and made a part hereof, and does hereby repeal
that part of Resolution No. 8707 entitled "Community Promotion Fund" and
Resolution No. 8728 and Resolution No. 8755.
