HomeMy WebLinkAbout8752RESOLUTION NO. 8752 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, TO CONSIDER THE I APPEAL BY LEONARD & FAY BOCK OF PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION CONCERNING A VARIANCE IN WALL HEIGHT. (CASE 6 .251) WHEREAS the Planning Commission denied a Variance request by Leonard and Fay Bock to allow an existing five (5) foot nine (9) inch high con- crete block wall to remain in the side front yard on Ocotillo Avenue, for that property described as Lot 19, Deep Well Ranch No. 4, Section 23, T4S, ME, SBB&M. ; and WHEREAS the Planning Commission is of the opinion, as shown in their Resolution No. 1306, that there was no justification for granting a Variance, as required by the Zoning Ordinance; and WHEREAS the City Council is in agreement with the action taken by the Planning Commission, as per their Resolution No. 1306 . NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby denies the Variance application as referred to hereinabove. Adopted this 26th day of September 1966 .
